I cannot say enough wonderful things about Village Oaks Dental and Dr. Joe and Maddie Castillo. From the moment you walk through the door, you are treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I have always been nervous about dental work, but this is the first dental office I have ever visited where I experienced absolutely no pain. Even the numbing injections were unbelievable—I never felt a pinch, sting, or discomfort. If I hadn't known they were giving me a shot, I honestly wouldn't have known it happened. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they take the time to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Joe and Maddie Castillo are not only highly skilled professionals, but they are also some of the most sincere, caring, and compassionate people you could ever hope to meet. Our community is incredibly fortunate that they chose to bring their practice here. If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and provides exceptional, gentle dental care, I wholeheartedly recommend Village Oaks Dental. They have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Five stars isn't enough!

I’m just not really sure these people are very experienced. I came in with a tooth throbbing and they were unable to help me. Turns out the only issue I’m having is the re-treatment that I just got done a year and a half ago was failing and so now I need an implant. This dentist told me to just get a bite guard. lol. That would have done nothing for me. I think the root has been infected the whole time since I’ve had the retreat and no one caught this. This is why when someone comes in complaining of a tooth pain that you probably need to do x-rays to see the tooth. I keep feeling like I’m getting screwed with dentists so I’m finally going somewhere else and I found a really good dentist who seems to know what he’s doing. Trying to convince my boyfriend to follow.

Our son, 3, had his first dental experience there today; as always, y'all were perfect! Jill explained the chair and all the equipment to my son then played with the water and suction until he was comfortable. She did an examination and cleaning/polish; the only feedback is that polishing tickles! Dr. Joe then did an examination and with all the preparation done by Jill, everything was easy-peasy. They even let him pick a prize from the treasure chest! Village Oaks is the dental clinic for our family! Thank you!

I just had my initial dental exam at Village Oaks Dental and it was easily the best first visit I’ve ever had at a dental office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and I was seen right on time with no long wait. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The doctor was patient, reviewed my X-rays with me, and laid out a straightforward, honest treatment plan without any pressure or upselling. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. If you’ve been putting off a dental visit or are nervous about finding a new dentist, this is the place to go. I actually look forward to coming back—something I never thought I’d say! Highly, highly recommend Village Oaks Dental!

I went here after the V.A. referred me as the V.A. was over 30 days out for an appointment. I was unhappy to arrive early for an appointment and then wait 40 minutes past scheduled time. BUT! The friendliness of the staff was quite commendable. Their processes were efficient as all my information was already filled out in computer and No unnecessary stack of paper wasted. I just had to agree, acknowledge or consent to on a computer with the staff standing right there to assist. The place was neat, clean and very well maintained. The X-ray was pretty easy as most were taken by a machine that circles around your head. So far, so good, as a teeth cleaning has been scheduled.
